Returns and refunds are a fact of life with online retail, and we want to make sure that you have a wonderful, joyful and fully Inner Lit experience with us. At InnerLit we believe, first and foremost, in joy, in all things. That means our refund and return process as well! If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely delighted by any of our products, please reach out to us here. Simply explain what didn’t meet your every expectation and what you’d like for us to do about it. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as you can; after 15 days after receipt, our suppliers can no longer work with us to help resolve your issues.

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hang tag attached (for clothing items).

To complete your return, simply reach out to us here to begin the process. In your message, please be sure to include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Details of why you are returning (sizing, defect, etc.)

  • And, what would bring the most joy to your heart to see us do about it.

From there, we’ll get back to you via email within 24-hours with instructions of how best to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and applied any and all refunds that are coming your way.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receipt of your return. It may take an extra couple of days to show on your credit card due to communication time between banks.

In the unlikely event that you were issued a refund but don’t see it yet, please first contact your bank and/or credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you are sure no refund has posted then please contact us at help@innerlitstudios.com.
