At InnerLit we believe, first and foremost, in joy, in all things. So, that means our shipping process as well!

Put simply, we NEVER charge for shipping. Paying for shipping does not bring joy to anyone’s heart. We know we have to ship stuff. You know we need to ship stuff. So, we just accept that as part of our doing business so that you can buy with peace of mind and know that no surprise costs are going to hit you at the checkout.

All of our items are made to order. As such, they do take a little longer than the bog standard items that fill Amazon warehouses to get to you. On average, we see people receive items at their doorstep 2-3 weeks from the time of order. However, this can vary depending on time of year and where you are located. If more than 20 business days have passed since your order, and you still haven’t received it, please be sure to reach out to us at help@innterlitstudios.com

Each packing slip shows the shipping address, order date, order number, and product information. We cannot, at this time, offer gift packaging.
